Melbourne Fashion Festival Paolo Sebastian Solo Premium Runway.

A very special event at this year's Melbourne Fashion Festival, a nine-day style guide from 3 to 11 March, was tonight's Paolo Sebastian Solo Premium Runway at the World Heritage Listed Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton.

The models graced the catwalk in intricate and ethereal hand embroidered gowns each taking founder and designer Paul Vasileff and his team of 18 seamstresses between 800 and 1550 hours to complete.

A showcase so moving that it brought tears to many eyes and received a standing ovation.
