Nestled amongst the street art of one of Melbourne's laneways is this steakhouse with Danish origins and a focus on pairing premium cuts of beef with a robust wine list.








































A case in point is the "Surf & Turf" of a substantially marbled 300 gram Ribeye and half a lobster tail accompanied by the 2018 Chateau Teyssier Merlot-Cabernet Franc duet from Bordeaux in France.






































There is always room for dessert, particularly when it is a sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream.


















The menu founded on simplicity and restraint is complemented by the Scandinavian interior design and decoration.
