An hour from Melbourne, the countryside shifts.

Historic chapels. Rolling paddocks. Rows of peonies in full bloom for only a handful of weeks each year.

Peonies trace their heritage to China, where they symbolise prosperity and honour. In France, they became synonymous with romance and refinement. Today, they bloom quietly in regional Victoria at Spring Hill Peony Farm, their season brief and beautifully timed.

There is something rare about picking a flower that cannot be summoned on demand. It arrives once a year. It opens fully. Then it disappears.

Structured linen against soft petals. Country air with a European sensibility. A reminder that some luxuries are seasonal, not permanent.

From field to city, the story travels.
