Bastille Day Soirée at Entrecôte.

A festive evening was had at Entrecôte's French and fabulous Bastille Day soirée complete with costumes and accolades for those with that je ne sais quoi, singing, dancing and a crystal chandelier that dreams are made of.


There was a specially curated four course menu combining classic cuisine with local produce and matched with free-flowing beverages:


Amuse-Bouche


Gougère au Comté, a warm cheese puff with Comté cream and piment d'Espelette

Oeuf Mimosa with Yarra Valley salmon roe and chives

Tarte de Poireaux & Pétoncle of caramelised leek, scallop, cepe dressing and black truffle

Chateaubriand of pasture-fed beef tenderloin served pink, sauce au poivre, creamed spinach and pomme allumettes

Dessert


Chocolat Moelleux, a chocolate fondant with passionfruit ganache and buckwheat ice cream


Guests celebrated la fête nationale du 14 juillet in style and would expect nothing less from Monsieur Jones and his team.
